Meet Instant Match
As a pro on Thumbtack, you know it still takes too much time to sort through requests—time you could be using on a job, on yourself or with your family. It takes time for customers too. They want to hire someone right away, but right now getting quotes and setting up appointments takes time.
Instant Match solves all of this. You set up everything in advance: your price, services, availability and how far you’re willing to travel. You can get as many or as few customers as you want based on how you set your budget. Your preferences are behind every quote Instant Match sends—and they can be adjusted at any time.
Then you put your phone down and Thumbtack gets to work for you, using your preferences to instantly match you with the right customers. Even better, you’re only charged you when a customer contacts you and is ready to hire.
How to Get Started
Instant Match is available for a lot of pros, but not everyone (coming soon!). How will you know when Instant Match is available for your business? You’ll receive a notification in the Thumbtack app plus an email introducing you to what Instant Match is and how it works. When it’s ready, you can set everything yourself or get help from our support team.
In the meantime you’ll see new Thumbtack features to help you get ready, including updates to your pro Insights and more.
